Fee Structure

Events with 1000 to 5,000 participants $5000 (plus expenses)

Events with 5,000 to 10,000 participants $6000 (plus expenses)

Events with 10,000 to 20,000 participants $7000 (plus expenses)

Events with over 20,000 participants $10,000 (plus expenses)
All potential expenses (airfare, hotel, car rental, gas, etc.) will be discussed and agreed to prior to any work performed
